This page sets out the house rules for Carlyle Casino, based in Carlyle, Saskatchewan. They apply to you as soon as you register or place a wager.

All balances, wagers and payouts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Deposit from C$10 with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz) or eCheck.
Withdraw through Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter or eCheck. Zero minimum on every payout. Daily ceiling: C$10,000. Bank wires top out at 12 hours. Most payouts land in one to four hours.
Zero fees going in. Zero fees coming out. Cards, e-wallets and bank accounts you link must carry your name alone. Your ID and location get confirmed ahead of any deposit, as laid out on our Identity Checks page.
Our Liability
We stand behind our tables, within the limits the law allows.
We run the casino with care. Losses caused by a faulty device or a weak internet link are not on us, nor are delays at third-party payment providers, nor play by someone you let onto your account. None of this cuts any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Got a problem? Write to support@carlylecasino.app with your username, the date and hour it occurred and a short account of what broke. We look into every complaint, then send our ruling by email, reasons included.

Sign up using accurate information and update it whenever life shifts. Extra accounts get shut, along with bonuses or winnings attached to them. Keep your password to yourself. Nobody else gets it.

Every spin and every deal follows the rules on screen.
Every game carries an info panel: hit it to see the rules and payouts. Digital titles settle every round through random number generation. Live tables stream with a real dealer, and the studio's logged outcome is final.
A malfunction voids all play and payouts it touches. Your stakes from any voided round get refunded to your balance.

Our name and our look belong to us.
Everything at Carlyle Casino, from its name and logo to the site design and every piece of content, is owned by us or by the studios we partner with. Copying, reselling or reusing it? Written permission from us comes first.
Prohibited Conduct
Cheat the game and the game is over.
- Bots, scripts or any automated play.
- Collusion or working with other players.
- Fraud, stolen cards, or using a payment method owned by someone else.
- Money laundering.
- Using a VPN or similar tool to conceal your location.
- Taking advantage of game faults or errors.
Accounts can be frozen and winnings cancelled. When legally required, we file reports with the authorities.
Changes
Rules can change. We will tell you.
Updated terms get posted right here, with a date on them. For big changes we also reach out directly, by email or with a notice at your next login. Play on after an update goes live and you've accepted it.
Governing Law
Canadian law runs the house.
These terms operate under the laws that apply in Canada, including the laws of the province where you play.
